It is a 150 bedded general hospital with quarters for doctors and nurses. The site is located in the developing region of the Ravet. The site is also reserved for a institutional project over there. The hospital building is divided into 2 parts one with opds and OT and other with testing department. The service core is placed between the 2 building. The both building are almost naturally ventilated for waiting area. General wards on all floors are naturally as well as they have centerlised A.c. Semi, and private rooms are having cassette A.C at ceiling level. Each room have different A.C unit. All the services are placed at the back side of the building. They have special ducts and lifts for transportation of services. Centrally placed core helps the smooth functioning of the services with seeking the interest of common person or patients. No elevational treatment is given to the building to keep it simple. Blue color is provided to the building with drak blue color to the columns coming out of the walls.
