An iconic object with an unusual shape creates the expressive appearance of the Norwegian harbor. The facade reflects the historical heritage of the industrial area and the Scandinavian aesthetics support the planned development. The project in inspired by the North Sea and underwater life. This is dictated by the close location of the projected area to the sea. Facades are made of white concrete and inscribed with different shaped windows. The windows are shimmering under the sun like fish scales. The movement of visitors inside the building draws omit the comma, like a flock of moving fish. This movement demonstrates the symbolic character of human development. This movement is similar to the turning of time and eras, showing the continuous development and enrichment of human culture. The friendly nature of the building can attract visitors and create a new attraction for tourists. Visiting the building once, you will want to come back here many times.
