A food museum tells the story of what sustains humankind. Such museum may be specifically focused on food. The purpose of this thesis was to explain why museum developed food – based walking tours and engaged in the trend of culinary tourism.
This topic is significant to museology because despite the popularity of culinary tourism, it has not been studied in a museum environment. The basic idea of this project is to propose a space in a country like India, which is Rich in food, culture, traditions, and so vibrant in its each kind.
So since every kind of custom has it’s own centre for celebration and recreational too.
This space will introduce the food history to the once who are tourists, chef’s, or the once who have keen interest in knowledge of food or the making and presentation. It will be a platform for individuals to generate income. Many informal economized spring up readily around foo
